For my nails of the day I used a nail polish from one of Fearne's collections called 'Fern Green.'
'Fern Green' is an absolutely gorgeous teal colour which personally I think is a difficult shade to find. This colour is probably my favourite one out of my collection of six. The brush is the perfect width which makes it easy to paint your nails in just a couple of strokes as well as reaching into the cuticles easily. The drying period is not very long and if patient, you will be left with glossy, smooth nails. This nail polish does not chip easily even without a top coat! I find that with this polish my nails do not start to chip or peel until at least three days after applying. So if a top coat was applied using clear nail polish, I think it would not start to chip until almost a week after painting your nails. To be honest, I think the nail polishes from Fearne's collections are the best I've ever used! Although I always put two coats on my nails, you could definitely get away with just the one when using these. The formula is very thick so the nails become opaque quite easily. I have applied two coats in the pictures above.
Below are the six Fearne Cotton nail polishes in my collection
