Do I dare wave the blonde goodbye?!

I've been blonde for about 3 years now (but have been temporary colours inbetween, eg. blue + orange) and although blonde seems to suit me the most, I am beginning to find it difficult to keep and it's stressing me out. One of the constant struggles I have is yellowness (is that a word?) and the difference in my roots and my ends in terms of colour. My roots appear to be stubborn when it comes to lightening, using both bleach and purple shampoo, and this has been a problem for me since I went back to blonde in 2011.
Because of these struggles I am contemplating returning back to ginger which I accidentley dyed my hair in 2011 when attempting to go from brown to blonde. I ended up loving the colour and have been wanting to return to it ever since!

Ginger hair in 2011

I'm thinking this shade above, something similar anyway, but because my hair is a very light shade at the moment (almost white) I would be concerned at how bright the ginger might turn out.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions/comments about my dilemma as I am really stuck about what to do. I don't want to continue ruining my hair trying to keep it a white-ish colour, yet any time I have gotten rid of my blonde I have regretted it straight away. So please please please comment below or leave your thoughts with me via any of the links below.

Wishlist # 1

Untitled #7

I started working at the end of last year and since then I want EVERYTHING!!! Before I was used to knowing that I didn't always have the money to buy every single thing I wanted but now since I have money to spend temptation seems to be everywhere. Whether I'm online, watching tv or in shops something always seems to catch my eye.

I have become obsessed with playsuits lately and I almost want every single one I see. This playsuit on Motel Rocks is by far the nicest one I've seen since my obsession began. I am in love with the buttons down the centre of it and of course the design as it's quite grunge. (When shopping at motelrocks.com, enter 'rorofosho' at the checkout for a 20% discount).

At the moment I want two pairs of Dr Martens! I already own one pair but it's just not enough. I bought my first pair back in 2011 and they are still going strong so I am definitely planning on investing in a new pair soon. I currently own the black patent 8-eye boot ones so I'll probably buy a 3-eye pair next. For some reason I have fallen in love with the pink ones and they're currently on sale in China Blue at the moment so that's another reason why I'm thinking of buying them.
When walking past China Blue a couple of weeks ago, I noticed these absolute gorgeous pair of floral Dr Martens and I've been checking them out online ever since. I've always wanted a really funky pair of Dr Martens and these are by far the nicest floral pair I've seen.

I absolutely hate the caked look when it comes to foundation and I am dying to try out Bare Minerals. I've heard great things about them and even though it's a lot more than I've ever paid for a foundation, I think it'll be worth the price. I don't like a heavy coverage but just enough to hide any redness and blemishes on my face. I currently use Essence mousse in the lightest shade and at it's bargain price, it's the happiest I've ever been with a foundation. Bare Minerals foundation with SPF 15 can be bought in Debenhams, Boots and online.

Motel Rocks Trudie button up playsuit / €50
Pink 3-eye Dr Martens / €59 (on sale) normally €99
Pascal White Wildpoppy Dr Martens / €125
Bare Minerals foundation / €28

The prices listed above for the Dr Martens are based on the listings on the China Blue website - chinablueshoes.com
China Blue is located in Dublin City Centre, Merchants Arch, Temple Bar.

New Tattoo!

Hey guys!

So as many of you may know I got my second tattoo last week and I am absolutely in love with it! I was unsure of the final design I wanted to get but I eventually settled on the Mcfly logo, a screaming microphone, coming out of a rose. I have been wanting to get a Mcfly-related tattoo for a long time and I've always wanted a rose tattoo so I had the idea of putting the two together. I decided to go with an old-school rose and my boyfriend sketched out the final design for me.

I'm sure many of you are thinking 'Did it hurt?' and yes, of course it did, it's a tattoo at the end of the day. The pain was definitely not as bad as when I got the tattoo on my foot done but the pain was not pleasant. But of course, it was well worth it when I saw the finished piece!

The finished piece!

I just want to thank the lads over at Vendetta Tattoo for being such gentlemen, especially Dean, who has done both my tattoos and exceeded my expectations. Check them out for great tattoos and discounts. Head over to their Facebook here and give them a message if you're thinking of getting a tattoo.

I know I haven't been posting much lately but I hope to get back to posting more regularly so if you have any suggestions for posts then just give me a message or comment below! :)
